My Cattleya Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your My Cattleya purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges for most items within 5 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchange
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging or similar packaging that protects the item during transit.
- Final sale items, swimwear and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Initiate your return or exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal on our website at www.mycattleya.com or contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp on +94773672851. You are required to provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Pack your return: Once you have initiated your return or exchange, carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging or similar packaging that protects the item during transit.
- Print your return label (if applicable): Depending on your chosen return method, you may be instructed to print a pre-paid return label. Attach the label securely to your package.
- Ship your return: Ship your return package to the address provided on the return label or in the return instructions you receive via email.
- Track your return (optional): We recommend keeping a record of your tracking number for your reference.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements outlined above.
- Processing times for returns and exchanges may vary depending on peak seasons and mail volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.
Refunds
- If you are returning an item for a refund, the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of your return being processed.
Exchanges
- If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge, subject to availability.

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
