- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

- Delivery Times

- All items purchased from My Cattleya are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

- In the event, your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
