How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and proceed with further directions given by the website.
What payment methods do Mimosa accept?
We accept Credit Card payments and All Online Payments and also Cash on delivery.
An Item I want to buy is sold out will you be restocking it?
Restocking our styles depends on its demand. If the style is frequently asked about, we will be restocking it within a few weeks. If not, you can pick a similar style using the ‘search’ feature.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We ship to one address in one delivery, although you can add a different address as the recipient’s address.
How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?
Local Orders – Our delivery duration is 2-3 business days for. The delivery charges depend on the recipient’s location (Domex & Farder Express)
International Orders – Depend on the Customer’s selection of the International Courier Provider.
What is the return notice period?
Any purchase you make will not be eligible to exchange after 7 days. In order to exchange, the garment should be in its original condition and it will only be accepted with its receipt

How can I track my order?
When you make a purchase, an email will be sent to you with your order details and it will consist a link that you can click on to track your order
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed
Once an order is placed you will not be able to change or amend the order.
